Central Rent 2 Own is looking for motivated Delivery Technicians to join our team.
We are looking for employees with a positive attitude who are team players and willing to help with anything needed to make the team stronger and more successful. Strong customer service and communication skills are required as much of your job will involve interacting with customers.
Previous delivery experience preferred but not required. Bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities & Duties
Our delivery technicians are responsible for delivering and picking up products to and from customer’s homes, including installation, setup and demonstration as needed. Drivers also occasionally assist with sales, collects, referrals, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic requirements for this position include:
- Clean driving record
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- No physical restrictions/limitations (including lifting & moving inventory as needed)
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical with drug screen & background check
- Detail oriented preferred
- History of dependability
We offer benefits of vacation time, paid holidays, and merchandise discounts. Starting pay is $10.50 an hour which increases as different competencies are completed (usually happen fairly quickly). There are great monthly bonuses as well.
