Encourage Mobility

Sitting at a desk for long hours with few breaks for activity isn't good for anyone. Staff members soon begin to exhibit signs of fatigue, leading to slumps in productivity. Encouraging employees to take short walking breaks, especially outdoors, will pay for itself in increased alertness and productivity.
