Why Rent a Brown Sofa?

PICKING A COLOR :

In today's market where microfiber rules, picking a color is only the start of the process. In the furniture market today with all of the color options available, the most popular color is still brown.

Why ?

WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN A SOFA COLOR:

Most people pick brown, because after looking at all the choices they think it is safe. Browns match wood Correct? So no matter what I put with it, I cannot go wrong-RIGHT!

Some things to think about when picking a color:

• Unless you have a strong color theme, it is often easier to contrast color in the Living Room. Do not try to match the color of the carpet or drapes, go in the opposite direction.
• Often it is not the color of the furniture that will define the room, but the accessories that you use with it. The use of pillows, blankets, lamps, rugs can all add to the pop of your home.
• Today most Sofa and Loves come in microfiber. Microfiber is easy to clean and durable, but often flat. A way to get away from the flat feel of microfiber is to use a textured fabric like the Saul Reclining sofa and love from Ashley. The Saul uses a Chevron fabric that has a zig zag pattern. This gives depth to the microfiber. Subtle at first glance, but makes a big difference in the way it feels to the skin and eyes.

WHY NOT COLORS OTHER THAN BROWN:

Have fun buying or renting your next sofa. Bottom line is, do not be afraid to try colors other than brown. One of my current favorite colors is Steel or Slate. The Yvette Steel and Sofia Slate are good examples of great colors.
